The NWRESD Superintendent Council—a team of classified and licensed ESD staff from all four counties—has created a leadership performance worksheet tool to allow staff to provide feedback about their administrator. Staff will be able to go online twice this school year to submit a performance worksheet. The first round will take place November 3 thru 14, 2008. Only the administrator will see the results of this data.
